RECREATION

One goal of the Poudre River Trust is to improve
recreational opportunities along the river by
building on the base that already exists. One of
the most important assets in the primary focus area
is the Poudre River Trail (an asphalt pedestrian and
bycycle path along the river). The popular trail
draws community attention to the riverfront and its
many possibilities. In addition, several nearby
parks provide numerous recreational opportunities.
