MCC - Family In Christ was formed in 1992 under the leadership of founding Pastor, Rev. Mark B. Lee. It is one of several local LGBT organizations which began under the shadow of Colorado's Amendment 2, which was ultimately overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.
All MCC churches exist to help LGBT individuals integrate their sexual orientation or gender identity with their faith in Christ. This congregation is composed of individuals from different Christian denominational backgrounds including Lutheran, Methodist, Baptist, Assembly of God, Mennonite, and Quaker. Whatever your background, you are welcome here!
