This year DanceVision's operating budget was under $5,000. With this money DanceVision was able visit three elementary school's, two high schools, and perform in one Aids benefit, one health festival, and one community concert. We also gave one master class at the Creative Arts Workshop at the Timberline church in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Your contributions are use dutifully for the purpose of education the general population in health and well-being through dance and the performing arts. We train our dancers and instructors in the basics of fitness, nutrition, conflict resolution, stress management, time management, ballet, modern and jazz, dance. We hire and train the most gift and committed adult we can afford. It is though your contributions and gifts that we can see our children and nation grow in health and education.
It is quantifiable fact, that when the body has proper nutrition and is trained in proper exercise habits, the mind functions and operates at is optimal level.
DanceVisions takes this quantifiable fact one step further by introducing the spiritual ideas of integrity, respect, honesty, responsibility, friendship, citizenship, commitment, self control and love. Not only are these quantifiable by ones actions, they are learned or, not learned depending on each ones life experience.
As with all humans it takes repeated exposure and practice to develop good physical, mental and spiritual habits. When you contribute to DanceVision you are enabling the people we teach to know health education. This is what America is beginning to know as PREVENTATIVE MEDICINE.

"A wise man can speak or write down a wise Proverb,
but it takes a smart man to learn from another man's mistake."
Kent Wilson

When we educate, know, and practice healthy habits we prove we have learned from our societies past.

Here is one well known Proverb that can be repeated time and time again, but if it is never put into action it means nothing.

"An ounce of prevention
is worth a pound of cure."
